Wooden stairs connect private sleeping quarters across multiple levels, leading up to elevated lookouts. At the very top, an observation room wrapped in wood and glass provides a sweeping, panoramic view of the river and the surrounding island canopy.

We are currently finalizing a dedicated private water shuttle from downtown Kingston. This ten-minute direct crossing will offer effortless pedestrian access to the estate.
The Scenic Route
Many of our guests arrive to Limestone Bay Estate via short, scenic stretches over water and land that sets the pace for your stay.
Kingston to Wolfe Island
Board the Wolfe Island Ferry at the downtown terminal. This short crossing offers a panoramic view of the city skyline.
Across Wolfe Island
A short 5-kilometre drive or shuttle ride across the island brings you to the Simcoe Island dock.
The Simcoe Islander
For the final 5-minute crossing, the ferry operates on demand and is ready to depart whenever you arrive.
